📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement parts sales and marketing strategies for commercial and heavy-duty vehicles.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize costs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure reliable and competitive parts.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of parts to customers.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in parts sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in Automotive Parts Management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
