As a Category Specialist in Pangkal Pinang, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for specific categories of goods and services, such as mining equipment, spare parts, and consumables. You will be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure cost-effective and efficient procurement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the procurement process for specific categories of goods and services, such as mining equipment, spare parts, and consumables.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including local and international vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and efficient procurement.
• Monitor supplier performance and quality to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost savings.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to develop and implement strategic sourcing plans and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the procurement team and management on procurement activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, category management, or related roles in the mining industry.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and software, such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of mining industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
