📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop educational and training programs aligned with the organization's mission and local community needs.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through surveys, assessments, and feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with local educators, community leaders, and stakeholders to ensure program relevance and impact.
• Utilize educational software such as Moodle and Google Classroom to create and manage online learning platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in education and training.
• Prepare and present reports on program outcomes and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in education and training, preferably in a non-profit or community-based setting.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of educational technologies and platforms such as Moodle, Google Classroom, and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful educational programs.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
