As an Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist at Private Advertiser, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable and receivable processes. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure that all invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time. Your role will involve handling vendor payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will also be responsible for managing our company's receivables, ensuring that all invoices are sent out promptly and that payments are received in a timely manner.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the company's accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor payments, invoice processing, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all invoices and payments.
• Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the finance team.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Handle any accounts payable or receivable inquiries from vendors and clients.
• Collaborate with the finance team to identify and resolve any discrepancies in the accounts payable or receivable processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, to ensure efficient and accurate financial management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable, preferably in a fast-paced advertising or marketing environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both vendors and clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
