📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the fitting department, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory management systems.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the production manager and cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain detailed production reports and documentation.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to ensure knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and control systems, such as ERP or MRP systems.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
