📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate air freight shipments from booking to delivery, ensuring compliance with international regulations and client requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to secure competitive rates and reliable services.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation, including shipping instructions, bills of lading, and customs clearance forms.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
• Utilize logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems to track and manage shipments.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to optimize shipping processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their queries and concerns.
• Conduct regular reviews and analyses of shipping performance to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in air freight forwarding or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing air freight shipments and negotiating with airlines.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Certification in logistics or freight forwarding is a plus.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
