📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of employees, providing leadership and support to achieve store goals.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct regular inventory checks to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies.,Familiarity with POS systems and other retail management software.,Experience in training and developing staff is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
