📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of retail stores, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.,Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.,Manage and mentor a team of retail sales associates, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations in all retail stores.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to support overall business objectives.,Monitor and optimize store performance metrics, such as sales per square foot, customer satisfaction scores, and inventory turnover.,Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, address issues, and provide support to store managers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales and operations management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.,Proficiency in using retail management software and data analytics tools.,Knowledge of the Indonesian market and retail industry is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently within Bali.
