📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food costs.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage products are prepared and presented according to high standards of quality and safety.
  • Manage and train staff to ensure they understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and properly recorded.
  • Ensure that all legal requirements, including food safety and health regulations, are met.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
