📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including scheduling staff, managing inventory, and ensuring food safety compliance.,Monitor food production processes to ensure efficiency and quality control.,Train and develop kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and service.,Manage food costs and inventory levels to optimize profitability.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Implement and maintain health and safety protocols in the kitchen.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise in the kitchen.,Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of food production processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant or similar environment is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
