📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods and services.,Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms.,Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that may arise.,Manage procurement budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure that procurement needs are met in a timely manner.,Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
