📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a team of loan processors, ensuring that all loan applications are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Work closely with clients to provide exceptional service and ensure that their loan applications are processed smoothly.
• Ensure that all loan processing operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor and analyze loan processing data to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency.
• Provide training and support to loan processors to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as risk management and underwriting, to ensure that loan applications are processed in line with our overall business strategy.
• Ensure that loan processing operations are conducted in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of the loan processing team and the overall loan processing operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in loan processing and team leadership.
• A strong understanding of financial regulations and industry standards, with the ability to ensure compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Experience with loan processing software, such as LoanPro or Encompass, is a plus.
• Certifications in financial operations or team leadership are a plus.
• A degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
