PT. DMU LOGISTICS GROUP INDONESIA is looking for a dedicated and experienced Line Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse and ensuring that all processes are running smoothly. You will work closely with your team to achieve our company goals and ensure that our customers are satisfied with our services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping.,Ensuring that all team members are trained and equipped with the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.,Monitoring and maintaining warehouse safety standards and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.,Working closely with the supply chain team to ensure that inventory levels are optimized and that orders are fulfilled efficiently.,Conducting regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and support.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the supply chain are running smoothly.,Ensuring that all financial targets are met and that the warehouse is operating within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or warehouse management industry.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.,Proven track record of success in managing teams and achieving operational goals.,Familiarity with industry best practices and standards, including safety regulations and quality control procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve warehouse efficiency.
