📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading the sales team and setting sales targets.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Monitoring sales performance and providing coaching and support to the sales team.
  • Reporting on sales performance and providing insights to management.
  • Participating in product development and marketing activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
