📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants to ensure they meet their targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to promote and sell our travel packages.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
• Familiarity with the local travel market in Bali and Indonesia.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
