📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement KOC programs to build and maintain strong relationships with key community members.
Create and execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement and loyalty within our community.
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategic marketing decisions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and messaging.
Monitor and report on the performance of KOC programs using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and community leaders to amplify our brand message.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for community engagement and brand advocacy.
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve our strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in community marketing or brand advocacy.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful KOC programs.
Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
