📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their shipping and logistics needs are met with prompt and efficient solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage and track shipments, utilizing SAP for logistics management.
- Assist in the resolution of customer inquiries and issues, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in intermodal logistics.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies to enhance our service offerings.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to customer service and logistics operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business partnerships.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with SAP for logistics management is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel to different locations within Bali as required.
