📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.,Strong understanding of insurance products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
