Space Plus Unggul is seeking a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with company policies.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to think strategically and tactically.
