📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and supervising the team.,Ensure the smooth operation of daily activities and tasks.,Coordinate with team members to achieve departmental goals.,Monitor performance and provide feedback to team members.,Handle administrative tasks and ensure compliance with company policies.,Assist in training and development programs for team members.,Manage schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.,Represent the company in meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Proven track record of managing and leading a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.,Experience in a similar role in the industry is a plus.
