📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Prepare and maintain inventory of ingredients.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Work efficiently under pressure to meet service times.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
