📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning, preparing, and executing daily menus.,Supervise kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ordering of food ingredients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Ensure cost-effective food production while maintaining quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of food costing and budgeting.,Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
