📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Achieve monthly sales targets by making outbound calls to potential customers.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services effectively.,Report on sales performance and provide regular updates to the sales manager.,Attend team meetings and participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills.,Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and professionalism.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets in previous roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetun (local language) is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
