Lead and manage the data and marketing teams, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to a high standard,Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that will help us attract and retain top talent,Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for growth,Manage and optimize our marketing channels, including our website, social media, and email marketing campaigns,Collaborate with our sales and recruitment teams to ensure that we are providing the best possible service to our clients and candidates,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data and marketing, and share this knowledge with the team,Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our data and marketing efforts,Manage and optimize our budget for data and marketing activities🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field,5+ years of experience in data and marketing, with a focus on recruitment or a similar industry,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions,Proficient in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization,Proven ability to manage and lead teams, and to develop and implement effective strategies,Familiarity with digital marketing channels, such as SEO, SEM, and social media marketing, is a plus,Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and the ability to apply marketing strategies to attract and retain top talent🛠️ Keahlian
