📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth restaurant performance,Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels,Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure food quality,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Develop and implement operational procedures and standards,Conduct regular staff training and development programs,Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and management,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software,Ability to lead and motivate a team
