Royal Crown Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This is a hybrid role, combining office and remote work, offering the best of both worlds. We are looking for a professional who can manage all aspects of HR, from recruitment to employee relations, and everything in between.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job advertising to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
  • Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Support the management team in strategic HR planning.
  • Any other HR-related tasks as assigned.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
