📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in managing payroll and benefits administration.,Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and activities.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager as needed.,Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
